Turnkey Solutions Site Master
Fall Protection Works is your leading partner for safety at height. Fall Protection Works provide customised fall prevention and protection services. This includes design, fabrication and installation of fall arrest and height safety systems. Fall Protection Works is well-known for the standard of safety and quality it delivers. Our turn-key, cost-effective strategies can help you get the job done – safely and incident-free.
Phase 1 : Listen
The first phase of each project begins as a comprehensive consultation process with the client in order to identify and establish what each client’s requirements are. This phase of the process will define the scope of challenge in order to outline an appropriate solution – the design envelope.
Phase 2 : Assess
During the assessment stage, Fall Protection Works will take each client’s unique challenge and compare this to a variety of available products, case studies and new ideas. These are balanced with client constraints, including budget, deadline and long-term strategy. Often there is more than one solution to every problem, and we partner with each client to provide the most ideal solution.
Phase 3 : Design & Consult
Here Fall Protection Works will propose the solutions that have been developed for the client and find out if the client believes that one or more of the proposed solutions will solve their specific challenge.
Phase 4 : Engineer
This step involves formally and professionally approving and finalising any customised or non-standard solutions. Designs are technically matched to legal and industry standards to ensure compliance and maximum safety.
Phase 5 : Fabricate & Integrate
Fall Protection Works then proceed to manufacture, procure and/or assemble the solution and get it ready for installation. At this stage we are careful to make sure that the solution fits in with whatever existing processes the client has in place. Quality assurance is key during this step.
Phase 6 : Install
The selected solution is implemented and installed at the client’s premises.
Phase 7 : Certify & Re-certify
This is where we ratify what clients have received from us by means of an audit, to ensure that we didn’t miss anything. Such an audit may involve physical tests or a thorough visual inspection. Either way, appropriate records, such as test certificates, are handed over to the client during this stage.
Phase 8 : Fall Protection Plan
The Fall Protection Plan is essentially a complete ‘how to use’ document that details safe use, ongoing maintenance requirements, people skills requirements, etc. It is the blue print of the work at height system and for the safe use of the system. In most cases, it is a legal requirement.
